I absolutely adore engagement shoots. Style Me Pretty has a plethora of adorable couples who make me almost believe in love again, (don't go getting excited, the key word in that sentence was ALMOST).
I may have decided to remain fabulously single for eternity, but the romantic in me still melts a bit when I witness a great love between two hearts that beat as one.
Romantic Sunday in Bed

Adorable! Seeing these pictures just make me smile....love is in the air!
ReplyDeleteAll the photos are sweet in there own way, but my favorite is the second to last. There is something about an upside down kiss. But, I'd love to wake up to balloons on the ceiling one day. :)
ReplyDeleteRomantic Sundays in bed at the best, but the greatest thing about being a romantic is you get to spoil yourself - all the time! xoxox
ReplyDeleteThese are all wonderful in different ways - difficult to choose a favourite - but probably the balloons on the ceiling and the one of the couple behind the menu.

we are not the kind of touchy-feely couple so when I see this I'm always a bit jealous, so cute!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't pick just one shot if I wanted to they're all so wonderful! Debby trust me the right man will come along you just have to be open. You say you've given up now but you're much to young for that and going through a divorce right now. Love is just around the corner if you believe.

What fun pictures! This is why I love Christmas movies...for just a little bit of time, I can sink into a sappy romance and just escape. Love it! My son's engagement pictures were this cute...so the wedding pictures should be super fun!

I loved all of them but I especially loved the first one for some reason! They were all adorable, though!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the winter engagement shoot at the Christmas tree farm- so cute. We did ours in our hometown, wandering the streets & parks that we love so much. & I adore our engagement photos!
ReplyDeleteOur engagement photos consisted of a tripod, Mr. Branflake, and I. Nothing fancy. Sometimes it makes me sad we didn't do fun shoots like this. Sigh. They are all so sweet.
ReplyDeleteAdorable post, lovely pictures, we can feel love between them.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day.

Here I am again, just to tell you I don't believe when you say you "almost believe in love again" - your blog is one of the most romantics and beautiful in the fabulous blog world, and only someone who believes in love could post such adorable and romantic pics.

Engagement/ wedding pictures are my absolute favorite. I wish pictures had been more creative when I got married a few years back.
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon Debby! Large orders are keeping me busy and I was unable to come for my regular visit with you this morning! I LOVE THE SANTA SHOOTS! Oh as I see these, I wish....NO WAIT! Even after 30 years, we should still take some photo shoots of ourselves to see us THEN and NOW....good idea!
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening, Anita
So sweet Debby :) My first thought is to show these to my 21 year old daughter.. but maybe not! She is so anxious about all this. Darling photos and I'm always amazed at how things have changed over the years. When I got engaged (over 30 years ago).. we had a little party. There we no photo shoots. I can't believe how everything is documented these days. EVERYONE (according to my daughter) has engagement photos done. Well okay then! I guess that's what she will do to!!

My husband and I never had any professional photos done, isn't that horrible?! I think that's going to be my Valentines present next year :) x
