Happy Sunday Everyone. Last week was really really tough. Thank you all so very much for your well wishes and emails of support. It proved my theory that bloggers really do have the biggest hearts. When I began blogging I had no idea that my heart would be touched by so many of yours. I consider you all extended family, sisters, friends, kindred spirits and those I care about.
What blogging experience have you had that has touched your heart?
What blogging experience have you had that has touched your heart?

I am so glad that you had some support. I hope that the journey from this point on will be easier. My heart is touched whenever someone comments on my blog. After I finished the half marathon last year I felt the strength of a crowd clapping and cheering me on through the comments, even though only my Mum and Dad were at the finish line. Thanks to my blog friends I felt like I had come first over the line.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you and your family Debbie.
I am so sad that you had to go through a tough time, Debby! Feel hope in knowing the Lord is there for you, and so are we.
ReplyDeleteTake care. You are in my prayers.

My heart has expanded through blogging. So many people are now a part of my life. I never knew that "online friendships" would become so personal and close or that I would care so deeply about the well-being of friends that I've never seen in person. But I do & I my life is much richer by it.
ReplyDeleteKeeping you in thoughts and prayers for healing,
Keri
I'm sorry you had to witness something so bad and sad, my heart goes out to you. I've learned over the past couple of years that if you ever need a friend they're only a click away. I hope your troubles are over and it's smooth sailing for you and those you love. I'll keep you in my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday!

So many things have touched my heart since I started blogging...it was take volumes to include them all! I hope this coming week is super, super special!!
ReplyDeleteDebby, violence is the sad side of humanity, I'm sorry you witness something so sad.
ReplyDeleteNow, your post is fabulous as always, love to come here.
Have a blessed new week.

I hope all is gettin better for you. You're right..we are really friends..I've been thinking about you. I experience support via my blog in so many ways, the most being when I had my kidney transplant. It's a shame we can't all sit and have coffee (or a glass of wine) together, but we are all here nonetheless!
ReplyDeleteHope to hear good news only!

Debby.....soo true, it makes you really believe in random kindnesses and good people out there, doens't it? Just when you think the world is a cold and lonely place..leave it up to bloggers to show us otherwise!! I am glad you are back and hopefully working through whatever it is that you were going through...sounds like it was really upsetting and a really rough week nd I am sorry. Sending you a hug and please know I am here if you ever need me:)
ReplyDeleteI have stopped watching the news or reading sensational newspaper
ReplyDeleteI realize after being 1 year away from my Country once...that nothing had changed around me.
Now I concentrate on my life, my family and friends and the present moment...
Far from me bad energy!!!
Debby continue sharing the good words, Inspiring Images and spreading your wings...
Luv Sonia

So happy that you are back here and doing ok :)
ReplyDeleteFor me, it was definitely when first all of my china and crystal that was shipped from Dublin was shattered, and then when my Dad died. I couldn't believe how much love was out there. It truly is wonderful x
You sound like you've been doing a bit of healing and there's nothing quite like blogger support! My husband leaves on Friday for four months and my heart is breaking, but I know that if/when I need it my blog friends will be there for me. I'm here if you need to talk or a distraction (guest posting on my blog if you like) Sing out Debby - happy to help xoxox
