The only thing I'm gonna allow to seduce me these days is the seaside, (o.k., and if we are being completely honest, chocolate knows how to make my heart race as well). Is it possible to have a love affair with a body of water? The wind softly whispers in my ear, waves gently caress my feet, seagulls serenade, and the summer sun envelopes me in a blanket of warmth that is completely comforting. How much more romantic can it get? Yes, I think my love affair with the sea suits me just fine for now.
Do you have a love affair with the sea or does a mountainside, lake or snow covered landscape hold you captive?

I've only just realised how much I love being by water and the beach, what a beautiful picture.
ReplyDeleteThough I love a mountainscape, I think the ocean is maybe one of two places where I can find complete rest and peace...the waves are so soothing. My other is a Texas Hill Country morning in a bed and breakfast! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI AM A TOTAL SEA LOVER. Each image here calls my name my dear. Happy Easter weekend, Anita

I LOVE the water too.....we have vacationed in Hawaii quite a few times and I remind myself to take a mental picture of how it looks, feels and smells....its always gone too soon.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday Sweets!
I also love the sea and feel very landlocked up here in upstate NY!! Thanks for the view!
ReplyDeleteYes, the sea calls to me in every possible way. I dream of living on its edge everyday.
ReplyDeleteWe must all have been mermaids in former lives....I'm off to my twice yearly retreat to Hawaii in 17 days. I always take that vacation by myself- my love affair with the beach suits me just fine and my men get jealous *so i leave them behind* :)
ReplyDeleteYour images are mind blowing!!!
ReplyDeleteI love anything that includes sunny and sea....
I wish you a Happy Easter Debby

ReplyDeleteThe beach is always some place I wish to escape to but I've always loved the forest too (not so much the snakes and bugs that come with it though haha)
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter my dear friend!
ReplyDeleteIf I was to choose...I would be a beach dweller! There is just something so laid back about the beach life!
The color palette is my favorite I love the aquas, blues and sand tones with a touch of pink and cream like a seashell!
So dreamy
