Good Morning, Loves! March can be cold and dreary in Boston so I've found myself dreaming of pristine beaches, sun-kissed skin, and icy cold Nantucket Nectar Half + Half chilled from the cooler.
My favorite beach is Cisco beach in Nantucket. It's never overcrowded, has the biggest waves for surfing and boogie boarding. I love to go each summer and read Elin Hilderbrand's latest release. She is a local author and I actually had the pleasure of meeting her one summer at a book signing. Her books are all set on the island and it gives you an inside peek as to what life on the island looks like.

this looks so lovely and dreamy.. haven't been to a lot of Beaches yet but just loved most of them in Greece! Have a great week sweets! xo
ReplyDeleteI have not been to nantucket since my student days in Boston. I have such fond memories...
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Coronado but that might be because I don't know too many. Landlocked here in the middle of the desert :)
ReplyDeleteStill on my list to visit Nantucket - someday I'm certain.
I think your 3rd photo is my old hometown Sedona (my parents still live there). Now that is a beautiful place.
I have 2 favorite beaches: Bay Head, NJ for sentimental reasons, and any/every beach in the Florida Keys...just wonderful and I cannot wait to get back!
ReplyDeletemmm what a dreamy post. How we would love to visit Nantucket!! Favorite beaches are definitely Hanalei Bay in Kauai, Wind and Sea in La Jolla, and Jalama in Cali... o0o0o a beach day makes any day perfect and blissful <3

Next week is Spring Break and Texas beaches will be packed!! I will hear much talk of beaches as the students dream all week. Some of the prettiest beaches I have seen are where my daughter lives on the island of Saipan. Yes, she is young and living on an island...living the dream!
ReplyDeleteI love any of the beaches on ACK. My favorite is Newcomb Hollow in Wellfleet. xx
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Nantucket, but always wanted to go! I would take any beach right about now!
ReplyDeletein Greece for sure, beautiful! But I would love to visit Nantucket one day, sounds so pretty
ReplyDeleteOh Debby you know that you've got me dreaming now, don't you? I can't wait for summer and the beach. Ah if only I could squeeze in a trip somewhere warm before then...
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday! xoxo
Oh my goodness ~ I love these refreshing and beautiful photos... I am inspired for the week ahead :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite beach is probably Laguna Beach, we lived near there for almost 5 years and it was pretty amazing. My kids learned to surf there and I went on almost daily walks there, just a beautiful beach that brings back a lot of wonderful memories.
ReplyDeleteNow you've set me to remembering and sighing. Nantucket is a wonderful place to visit, but my favorite beach is Coast Guard beach near Eastham on the Cape, but the one closest to where I lived and spent the most time on was Craigville Beach in Centerville. Oh how I miss being so close to a beach.
ReplyDeleteThank you for a lovely start to my week.
Wonderful images.
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful week.
Amazing pictures. Great inspiration*
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images Deb. It's sunny here but windy and 22 degrees so I would welcome A little more warmth.

ReplyDeleteSuch pretty pictures........sure could use a beautiful beachy day right now, its beautiful but cooooold! I love just about any beach, but the Hamptons, Hawaii and St. Thomas all rank very high on my list.......but I wouldn't turn down any beach!
ReplyDeleteSounds perfect! I love her books too :)
ReplyDeleteI love the beaches in San Clemente California, perfect waves for surfing, stunning! I want to be there right this minute!
ReplyDeleteHello! It's been so long since I've been to a beach! Oh well. I'm ready for one! I just tagged you today in my 11 question post. Don't feel obligated - I know it's time consuming, but a little fun! Hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I'm right there with you dreaming of summer and our trips to the beach. Our family actually goes on an yearly trip to Scituate, and although I've been to many beaches all over (some absolutely gorgeous and picture perfect), that one is still my favorite if for nothing else for the memories we've made there.
ReplyDeleteGoodness, Debby! This is such a dream post. I really really want to go to Nantucket now. No, wait... I want to move there. Love Erin Hildebrande.
ReplyDeleteSeagrove beach is my favorite, as I am here a large part of the time. The only problem is no snow... ever!
ReplyDeleteI hope that you week is off to a great start, Debby.

That last photo is heavenly! I think we are headed your way this summer, Debby! I can't wait to visit Nantucket! We drove out to our local beach a couple weekends ago, Stinson Beach in CA. It was a cold and foggy day and we bundled up in sweaters and jackets and walked along the beach. It was fabulous. The sand, the water, the air....it really puts things into perspective for me. I came away feeling so refreshed and energized. Hope your week is a wonderful one!
ReplyDeleteNote to self: visit Nantucket one day!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me long for Summer so much, when Spring hasn't even arrived yet! My favorite beach is in the South of France, but there must be many more beautiful beaches... :)
ReplyDeleteWishing for a beach day :) My favorite beaches are those off the shore of Maui. We vacationed there a lot when the kids were young - leaving me with wonderful memories. We won't be getting any warm weather any time soon however I am noticing little buds on branches and bulbs trying to come up - there's hope! Enjoy your day Debby ~
ReplyDeleteYou are killing me right now...it is snowing out my window and I want to hit the beach SO badly now!!
ReplyDeleteDEBBY!
ReplyDeleteOh how I missed visiting everyone this morning during my usual routine! THANK YOU FOR VISITING and my favorite beach is NAVAGIO beach in Greece....YOU HAVE GOT TO GOOGLE IT...it is the most GORGEOUS aqua body of water I have ever seen! Anita
Oh these pictures! We had our coldest summer in 15 years (in Australia), with only 7 days of sunshine, I'm longing to get back to Fiji! My favorite beach is probably Natadola Beach, even though it's top 10 in the world, it's still private and quiet. I used to go as a child all the time, and still love going. I need to get to a beach ASAP!
ReplyDeleteI'm so ready for long days at the beach!
ReplyDeletelove the photos! I'm from the Philippines so I must say my favorite ones are from my country, the ones in Palawan. That bimmer in that hue is so adorable by the way!
ReplyDeleteI miss the beach too! Great post for this time of year! And yes, the new header looks great! THANKS!

Sydney has lots of great beaches. I love this little one called Chinaman's Beach near Balmoral.
ReplyDeleteI love the name Nantucket haha! I don't even know why & I've never been there. Perhaps I'll have to go :-D

your pictures are so dreamy... i am so ready for a vacation trip..but this year there his none in..
ReplyDeleteLovely post Debby!
ReplyDeleteWe have so many gorgeous beaches here in the mitten but my favorite is not in Michigan actually. It's always been Rexhame Beach in MA....we've spent so many happy summer vacations there with family from the Boston area. Some really sweet memories I treasure. That is, until I went to Maui....now my vote goes to Kaanapali Beach, it's a dream! I could sit on the warm sand staring out at the ocean for days.
I'll be visiting Rexhame Beach this summer!
xo
oh this sounds so good! I have never been in Nantucket! would love to read one of her books, could you please suggest your favorite one? Thanks Debbie!
