Wow thats a loaded question. I think I would jet off to Paris with my hubby, my kids wouldn't come becaues I know that would be torture for them but my husband and I would take a suite at the George V, visit all the quaint cafes and bistros, antique shop to our hearts content, eat with abandon and polish it off by hitting a few of the beautiful French clothing boutiques and treating myself to a trinket or two! Now that sounds like a fun weekend!! Hope yours is a good one Debby.
ReplyDeleteI love the new blog design! And I have no great ideas for this weekend as I am so stressed out, feeling all full of resentment, and slept awfully that my response would be something along the lines of a bottle of bourbon and my comfy pants. But sincerely, I do hope you have a wonderful day! :) Hold onto your hat, its a blowy out there! :)
ReplyDeleteHECK! THAT'S EASY.....GO TO PARIS with RUBEN and then skip on over to the English countryside to see friends....LOVE THIS IDEA! Anita
ReplyDeleteI'd fly to Paris with my hubby and son,
ReplyDeletesplurge, sight-see, and have fun.
Someone take me to Greece, please?...
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, beautifully designed!

What a great question!
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't be much different to how my weekend is actually going to be honest... although perhaps adding sunshine to this rain-riddled Scotland would be a lovely modification. Add books, tea, and perhaps a spot of shopping... lovely jubbly! Xx
Such a good question, we just came back from a few days of skiiing and it was a lot of fun, so am pretty much happy to be home but if I could do anything, maybe just not have to do anything for 2 days, nothing and in total silence and peace. We have an active household and it would be nice to turn off the volume every now and then:-)
ReplyDeleteo0o0 we love your new header! well this weekend is one of relaxation but if it were all up to us wed jet set to maui and slash in the waves... mmmm if only!
ReplyDeletexx!
Enjoy the weekend :)
ps the last image... IS INCREDIBLE!
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday Debby! Let's see....I'm in need of a girls weekend. I would love to take a drive down the coast to Carmel. Stay in a quaint little hotel and have a fun couple of days and splurge on lots of shopping with a couple girlfriends, looking through all the wonderful art galleries, treating ourselves to a manicure/pedicure and eating whatever we wanted all weekend. Stay up late chatting and laughing and ordering room service for dessert. Sounds fun to me!
ReplyDeleteId pack my bags and go to ROME! I LOVE this post :) hahah!
ReplyDeleteThese photos are great!! Honestly, I feel like I'm just now getting to my weekend. Family is visiting, 4 bday parties, dinner out, busy, busy, busy....and I'm the kind of girl who needs some breathing room. So, finally in my quiet corner of the world, looking out and getting to visit my favorite blogland friends!
ReplyDeleteIf I had the entire weekend to do as I please? I would probably take my husband and zip off to St Barts, where life seems warm, chic and easy. A girl can dream!!
xoxo Elizabeth
I might do something completely un-planned (which is not me at all!) and drive and drive, and just see where I end up :) I would bring magazines and books, and chocolate, and just have fun!
ReplyDeleteHope you have enjoyed a lovely weekend!
x
Sarah
