Happy Holiday, Friends! I had mentioned the other day how I wanted to treat myself to a Kate Spade Idiom Bangle to remind myself that 2012 is going to be the year to make sparks fly. Well I have lost 12 pounds these last four months and I plan to continue my journey starting next week, so I'm staring early , so I can hit the ground running for Jan 2012. Yipppeeee!!!!

2012 is the year I'm going to stop using credit, get our debt paid off and work towards my goal of having an apartment in DC. Europe is fabulous, but I love DC and it's a much easier flight from Florida. Though we have a corporate apartment there, I want a place of my own!

This year I'm working on losing the weight I was on track with before finding out I was pregnant and getting fluent in French again, all while learning that just because they're family doesn't mean you have to keep them in your life if they're only adding negative. Becoming a mama has made me stronger!

I had back problems for more than half a year and after physical therapy I am slowly getting back to my full exercise program which I miss. I am really excited that my health is back and I will be able to exercise hard and feel great.

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Eve! I am going to grab life by the horns in 2012 by being more intentional with how I spend my time. I can look at my days and feel like I haven't really done anything meaningful or had any real conversations either. So, I am going to be be sure to ask my friends the real questions, call my family more often (even those cousins I don't see very often), spend less time on Facebook, spend less time relaxing in my room and spend more time in the den hanging with my roommates, hike and go to the beach more, and in general explore more parts of Los Angeles, the city where I live. Happy 2012 to you and yours!

Love the giveaway experience! I plan to continue seizing every opportunity that comes my way in 2012. I'm also completing my goal of visiting 6 of the 7 continents before I graduate university. The past weeks have been very busy, so today "I lose myself in a good book!" I always admire Kate Spade's whimsical & inspired creativity - wearing the bangle would be a talisman. In 2012 I want to share more with others.
