Lilac Mélange

We made it... the weekend finally came. Is it me or did this week seem extremely long? It has been a
rain filled week here in Boston and I have been brightening up my home with fragrant lilacs from the
yard. Any exciting plans for the weekend? I am planning on lying low while I can before the chaos hits.
 With the warm June weather comes countless graduation parties, Father's Day, hubby's birthday, and a welcome weekend at my son's college for incoming Freshmen and parents.
I am hoping to enjoy some take out and a rent a movie or see a great film. Any suggestions?

    I walked by my neighbor's house the other day and all I could smell was Lilac in the breeze; it was such a nice moment!

  13. I love lilacs..grew up with a big tree right outside my bedroom window that signaled spring each year! Have you seen Up in the Air w/Clooney? I'm sure you have, but I just love that one. Last weekend caught Uncle Buck again. After all these years it still made me roll laughing (and cry at the end). Such a great flick!
