White Christmas




While I am one for color, there is something to be said for a snowy white Christmas theme.  So clean,
crisp and lovely.  The decorating at our home has begun full force.  We started on Thanksgiving, (it took tremendous restraint to even wait that long).  Every home looks more beautiful adorned with greens and twinkling lights.  Have you started decorating yet?

  10. i haven't started yet - well i did put candy canes outside - so maybe i did start - plan for tonight - is to get home and start - i need to get my tree tho! - maybe go this weekend to cut one down

  17. You're exactly right about white--it's so clean and refreshing--but I have no idea how people keep all their white furniture so WHITE! I'd certainly be spilling red wine/food/coffee, getting pen marks on the cushions, etc . . . it is mystifying to me!

  23. I love white for decorating for Christmas. I add in a few cooler colors like blues and purples. I like the idea of snow rather than warmth (not sure what that says about me) so I tend to avoid red as much as possible.

  35. wow I love that first image and the chandelier is gorgeous too. We started decorating at my parents place (where we will be for the holidays) but I think I need to decorate at home a bit. It's festive and my (almost) 3 year old would love it.
