Is your week off to a good start? I played catch up all day yesterday. Seemed like the laundry piled up over the weekend and it looked like a bomb went off, (hate that! However, my OCD tendencies are now in check... I CAN let these things go... for awhile anyways). I always longed for a lavender room as a child so perhaps that is why I am so drawn to these interiors. Do you get crazy when your place is a mess or are you content to just step over the piles of clothes and leave the crumbs for the dogs to clean?

Nail on head today friend. Had a little meltdown last night about the state of the piles of clean laundry and my unkempt house and empty fridge. My husband was trying to remind me about the week we had last week with my mom in the hospital and everything but I wasn't to be consoled. He put all the laundry away and today I'm going to try and just clean one room to ease my anxiety.

ReplyDeleteThat lavendar is beautiful. Growing up, my Mother loved Purple. Our living room was lavendar and purple...walls, couch, chairs. Back then it wasn't necessarily that chic... :)
