Cozy Comforts

There is no escaping the fact that Winter is near.  It is an undeniable fact and I feel it most when my feet hit the cold floor in the morning or when there is a bitter chill when I am outside with the dogs in the evening.  I could easily hibernate indoors and not come out until Spring.  These are the perfect spots to cozy on up.
What are your plans for the weekend?  My daughter is having a sleepover for her birthday so I will have a house full of Freshmen girls and boys.  Bring on the loud music and laughter!

  5. You had me at COZY. Love the pictures.
All things that remind me of COZY. I want to stay indoors and not go out as well. I love the cold and the snow but from indoors. I have to work this year, even on snow days.....so I have to go out. Yikes. Happy Winter.

  6. I love the first picture, although I don't think I could stand there too long in fear of falling and breaking all those cups!

My hubby and I are having a debate whether to have our main fireplace gas (which it has been) or use real wood this season (it's made for both). Our fireplace is white just like above and his fear is the black mess (I'm a bit OCD).

Hope you have a wonderful weekend and the kids have a great party!

    Cheers!

  18. That first photo is so cute! I just love it! My plans are quiet. V and all of the boys are at deer camp so I am all alone this evening... bubble bath. Candles lit, quiet and cozy.
